EasySLurl
This lets you copy/paste any default formatted, unedited location data string off the bottom of an SL Places search and generate a SLurl without having to copy/paste the sim name and x/y/z parts individually. For Example:
Location Data "Pooley 247, 4, 49 (Mature)" Makes SLurl "http://slurl.com/secondlife/Pooley/247/4/49/"
Try it yourself! Do a "Places" search in-world, copy the location information from the bottom of the results window, paste that in below and click the "Make SLurl" button:
Please Note: This only works with the SL default generated location text. In instances where enterprising advertisers have gussied up this field, the EasySLurl script will not be able to correctly parse the data from it. While some effort has been put into testing this simple toolbox script, there is no guarantee offered as to the accuracy of the SLurls produced by it and you are duly advised to test any SLurls produced by the script to ensure that they do in fact go where they are meant to go. The tool is written in modern JavaScript and as such requires a DOM compatible webbrowser in order to function.
